Home Staging
In this program, you will learn how to style and stage interiors to enhance their market appeal. Topics include spatial planning, furniture arrangement, and color theory, with a focus on creating visually stunning, sell-ready spaces. You will also explore the psychology of design and its impact on buyers. Istituto Marangoni Miami students play a prominent role in leading fashion weeks across the Americas, an event recognized as “The Miami Fashion Movement.” The initiative provides students with the unique opportunity to design and present their collections on runways worldwide, including prominent events like Miami Swim Week, El Paseo, New York, Panama, Costa Rica, Argentina, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
