Istituto Marangoni Miami believes in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. That’s why we offer partial scholarships to accepted students who demonstrate outstanding skills and potential in their chosen discipline. To be eligible for consideration, students must complete the application process and be accepted into one of our undergraduate programs in fashion design, interior design, fashion styling, or fashion business and have a 3.5 GPA or higher. Once the student is accepted, they can submit a portfolio showcasing their skills in the discipline, consisting of 5-8 pages of their best work along with a scholarship essay. The Academic Committee will then review the scholarship applications and award deserving students a percentage of tuition coverage based on merit. This scholarship opportunity not only recognizes students’ talent and dedication but also provides them with the opportunity to lower the cost of their tuition through merit recognition. It’s a chance for passionate individuals in fashion or design to showcase their true essence and creativity before embarking on their academic journey at Istituto Marangoni Miami.

At Istituto Marangoni Miami, we recognize and celebrate academic excellence at the graduate level through our Presidential Scholarship program. This partial scholarship is awarded to accepted students who have demonstrated exceptional performance throughout their college experience, maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher. The Presidential Scholarship is an opportunity for students to pursue their passion for the fashion industry while receiving financial support towards their education. To be eligible, incoming new students must be accepted into one of our graduate degree programs and submit a 500-word essay detailing how a graduate-level education will enhance their experience and career goals. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0. Recipients of the Presidential Scholarship may receive up to 25% tuition coverage per semester, providing them with valuable support as they pursue their academic and professional aspirations in the dynamic field of fashion.

To maintain your scholarship each semester, scholarship recipients will be required to fulfill the following criteria:

• Students must maintain a minimum course load of 12 or 15 semester credits during their first semester and each subsequent semester. Additionally, all students must enroll in a minimum of 36 credits per academic year, beginning from their first semester. An academic year consists of 3 semesters starting from the beginning of the academic calendar.
  Failure to maintain the minimum credit load may impact a student’s eligibility for financial aid in future semesters. Students who reduce their course load below the scholarship requirements will have their next semester’s charges adjusted to reflect the removal of the scholarship amount.
• Students must maintain continuous enrollment from the first day of the scholarship until graduation; if they withdraw from school for any reason, they must reapply for the scholarship and undergo the application process again upon re-entry.
• Maintain a minimum attendance of 90% for each course every semester.
• Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above at the end of each semester.
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress as outlined in the official catalog.
• Submit timely payments for any remaining tuition and fees after scholarships are applied to your student balance. Students who fail to make payments on time or do not make payments may lose eligibility for financial aid and will be required to pay full tuition and fees to continue enrollment.
• Tuition scholarships are non-redeemable for cash. Any credit balance remaining each semester, after all charges and aid have been applied to the student’s account, will carry over to a subsequent semester to avoid generating stipends or refunds.
• This scholarship may not be combined with any other institutional awards.
