LVMH Black History Month

Shades of Brilliance, a student-led organization at Istituto Marangoni Miami, had the opportunity to collaborate with LVMH at their most recent Hublot event in celebration of Black History Month. Four of our SOB students showcase their projects at the event, which includes written and visual works, each representing the importance of the students’ heritage, upbringing, and their journeys to where they are now, as well as where they strive to be in the future. The projects included: Nike Air Force show design, Omar Eusebio and Sarah Berto, Service uniform-inspired garment by Antwanaja Walker, ‘4:44 AM’ poem by Uma ‘La Bonita’ Peña-Cabrera, and ‘Pretty Black Girl’ shoot by Destini Taylor.
