At Istituto Marangoni Miami, the Home Staging for Real Estate Professionals program emphasizes hands-on, practical learning guided by expert faculty. Through a combination of workshops, real-world staging projects, and personalized feedback, students will gain the tools needed to create market-ready interiors. Each session is designed to spark creativity and hone your technical skills while balancing professional application with creative exploration.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, participants will master the art of spatial planning, ensuring each space flows seamlessly and appeals to buyers. They will learn furniture arrangement techniques that highlight the best features of a property, using layout and design to maximize visual impact. Participants will apply color theory to enhance interior aesthetics and create inviting atmospheres that captivate potential buyers. They will also understand the psychology of design and how it influences buyer behavior, giving them a competitive edge in the market. Ultimately, participants will gain the confidence to stage homes effectively and complete a professional staging project to add to their portfolio.

Facilities and Resources

The program takes place in the heart of Miami’s Design District, surrounded by inspiration from leading design houses and luxury brands. Students will work in state-of-the-art facilities, including design studios, digital labs, and collaborative spaces. Resources include industry-standard software, a comprehensive design library, and opportunities to immerse themselves in Miami’s dynamic real estate and design scene.

How To Apply

Complete the online application form and submit your personal details. Upon applying, participants must pay the full tuition fee to secure their spot.
