The Home Staging summer studio at Istituto Marangoni Miami is designed to provide an intensive and practical learning experience in the art of preparing properties for sale. Through hands-on workshops, real-world staging projects, and expert instruction, students will develop the skills to transform interiors into highly desirable spaces. The program covers spatial planning, furniture arrangement, color theory, and the psychology of design, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of how to make properties more appealing to potential buyers.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Home Staging for Real Estate Professionals program, participants will have developed the skills needed to effectively style and stage interiors for the real estate market. They will gain expertise in spatial planning, furniture arrangement, color theory, and decorative styling, learning how to create visually appealing, market-ready spaces that attract buyers. The program also covers the psychology of design and buyer behavior, helping students understand how staging influences purchasing decisions. Additionally, participants will explore real estate marketing strategies, ensuring they can present properties in the best possible light through listing photos, virtual tours, and in-person showings.
